The Mt. Carmel Middle School Junior Lady Aces basketball teams both took wins from Robinson Monday night in games played at Mt. Carmel High School.

The 8th-grade team won, 66-22, after the 7th-grade team claimed a 32-6 victory.

The 8th-grade team jumped to a 25-0 lead at the quarter and held a 39-8 lead at halftime. It was 55-12 at the end of three quarters.

Tyra Buss led all scorers with 28 points. Reagan Keepes scored 15 points, Addy Wallbaum scored 10 points with Alex Rosignol and Julie Alka each adding four points. Karina Speth and Kelsey McGill both scored two points and Brandi Metcalf added one point.

Sarah Stewart led Robinson with eight points, while Bapp, Calip and Stephens each added four points. Richey finished Robinson's scoring with two points.

Mt. Carmel's 7th-grade team led at the end of the first quarter 10-2, and 20-6 at halftime. It was 28-6 at the end of three quarters.

Julie Alka led all scorers with 14 points. Callie Dunkel scored six points and Brandi Metcalf added four points. Emily Emmons, Sydney Peterson, Kelsey McGill and Lacy Doerr each added two points.

Callaway led Robinson with 4 points and Mickey scored two.
