A South Elementary School teacher may face disciplinary action in a reported classroom incident, and District 348 school officials are now conducting an internal investigation, District 348 Superintendent Tim Buss said Monday.

The school district is investigating a student discipline situation at South Elementary School, he said in a prepared statement, "and while we are taking the alleged incident very seriously, like we always do in situations like this, we are still reviewing the accusations."
